Those who love the Honda Civic but are looking for something a bit sportier than this year's offering, you're in luck. Brandfon Honda has caught a glimpse of the refreshed 2013 Civic and we're thoroughly impressed.
Of course, it's no coincidence that the next model year's Civic sedan installment is better looking than ever. Company officials made a deliberate effort to ensure that designers stepped out of the box to create the refreshed auto.
From what we can tell, the snazzy revised Civic boasts a much sportier, bold look with the following exterior alterations:
- aggressive new bumper and grille
- bent spoke wheels
- fresh hood with domed center
- new tail with rear lights flowing into the trunk lid
- polished alloy portions of the wheel with black inserts
- honeycomb mesh vent
- integrated fog lights for upscale trims
- chrome accents across the body
As for the inside, exact details remain a mystery. Company officials do note that they've upped the level of comfort and convenience features.
Now, just because the 2012 Civic installment admittedly left consumers wanting a bit more in terms of style, doesn't mean it didn't do well. In fact, Honda execs note that the current model sold 254,716 units so far this year, making it the best-selling compact in the U.S. for 2012.
If these automotive details sound right up your alley, be sure to stay tuned. Also, while you're waiting for the 2013 Honda Civic to appear in full, swing by 515 West Main Street Branford, CT 06405 and scan our current selection of Civic installments to compare and contrast.
