Everyone here at Brandfon Honda can finally take a moment and catch our breaths now that the Montreal Auto Show has come and gone. With all the exciting debuts and reveals of the latest concept cars, it's hard to keep track of all the exciting things happening in the automotive industry. However, there is one model that stood out to us and probably will resonate among our younger drivers in New Haven and Branford.

Based and named after the fixed-gear bicycle scene, the Honda GEAR concept could give drivers and fans an exceptional amount of customization opportunities. The sporty three-door concept car looks to be a perfect blend between fun and practicality. Today's automotive industry is trending towards smaller and more fuel-efficient vehicles but the younger crowds who these vehicles appeal to, want their cars to be fun as well.

"Subcompact cars are usually either utilitarian, but uninspiring or they're fun, zippy cars that are impractical and too expensive for the Gen-Y buyer. The GEAR Concept tears down those walls - it's practical but fun, customizable, connected and affordable. Everything that young, discerning urban buyers would want in a car," says Dave Marek, Design Director at Honda R&D Americas, Inc.1

We aren't exactly sure when Honda drivers and fans will see our newest vehicles on the streets of New Haven and Branford but we are encouraging everyone to stop by our dealership. If you are in the market for a new or used Honda, feel free to contact us or stop by. We are conveniently located at 515 West Main Street in Branford, CT 06405. We can't wait to help you drive a new Honda off our lot.
